第一届“新世纪杯”高校征文比赛通知

一、活动背景
自2009年至今，新世纪教育基金已经在河北、河南、湖北、江西、重庆、安徽6个省市，连续3年资助因家庭贫困不能上学的女大学生，受资助的女大学生近2000人。新世纪教育基金不仅在经济上帮助家庭贫困的女大学生，并通过组织多种方式的交流活动，在精神上鼓励她们成长为“自强、自信、乐观、正直”的新一代大学生。

二、活动目的
举办“新世纪杯”高校征文活动，一方面加强同学们对新世纪教育基金的了解，帮助她们树立“自强、自信、乐观、正直”的价值观，完成学业、实现人生理想。另一方面为新世纪教育基金与大学生们架起桥梁，更多了解现代女大学生的精神面貌，促进相互沟通，激励同学们认真学习，勇攀高峰。

四、活动安排
1、活动主题：第一届“新世纪杯”高校征文比赛
2、活动时间：2012年5月11日-2012年6月30日
3、活动流程：
○1 5月11日-5月20日，通过各省青基会、新世纪QQ群组、新世纪论坛等多种形式，下发征文通知。
 ○2 5月21日-6月30日，收集征文。
○3 7月第一周进行征文评选工作，并公布比赛结果。
○4 9月中、下旬筹备并组织获奖学生来京活动。

五、征文要求
1、征文题材不限、字数不限，可以讲述与新世纪有关的故事，也可以讲述自己感兴趣的事情。
2、内容要求生动有趣、贴近生活，主题鲜明、条理清晰、语句通顺、真实原创、健康向上，不得涉及违法内容。
3、截稿前请以发帖形式，将征文发至：新世纪教育基金网站“新世纪杯高校征文比赛专区”（网址：http://www.nc-school.cn/thread-htm-fid-53012-thgtype-forum.html）。
4、发帖标题与文章题目一致，请在文章落款处写清：学校、年级、专业、姓名。

六、评审规则与奖项设置：
1、由新世纪教育基金组成评选小组，各省评选出一、二、三等奖各一名。获奖学生将安排在9月中、下旬来北京。
2、北京游：
第一天线路：八达岭、颐和园、奥运场馆（晚间）。
第二天线路：天安门（观升旗、登城楼、参观毛主席纪念堂）；
游览故宫。
第三天线路：北大、清华校园游；下午安排在王府井商业区自由活动。以各省为单位，活动期间不得分开，手机保持畅通状态。
